Readying a matchmaking app for a new investment round and the launch by helping to define its brand identity, creating a user-friendly design, and building its marketing strategy.
Technovate Investments (a venture studio in California) approached Satisfied. to get their marketing strategy sorted for one of their startups. The start-up was aiming at revolutionizing the matchmaking and dating industry. In short, it needed a partner that could not only successfully prepare the launch of its brand, but also identify key opportunities for building awareness and growth.

We had to conclude the app was not ready to be marketed and insisted on postponing the round and the launch. We rebuilt the app from scratch in terms of design, added several new features, prepared a strong pitch deck focused on the marketing side of the business, and created an omnichannel marketing plan for the app to succeed. Our Founder participated in the pitches herself as an interim CMO, some of which resulted in actually raised funds.

In addition, we worked on the positioning of the app, its values and unique selling proposition which would allow to enter a highly competitive market.
