Even if you have 25 successful medical centers in one country, the 26th but in another country is a challenge. It is like building a business from scratch. We as Satisfied. needed to localize the polyclinic.ae brand in the UAE, legalize the necessary marketing tools (the activities are heavily regulated by the Ministry of Health with every post to be approved by the government), and organize a full marketing setup.
