Lincoln Holding Hospitality Group lacked a coordinated marketing department and strategic approach to promotion.
As is often the case in the UAE, the members of the internal team represent different nationalities and cultures, there is no systematic approach to their work and no understanding of KPIs. We audited the work of the department, identified weaknesses, made the necessary adjustments, and reorganized the organizational chart. The group's core business is French restaurants, which are not only present in the UAE, but also open franchises in other Middle Eastern countries. We needed to build a marketing strategy that catered to audiences in Qatar, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and other.
